Job Description
Provides legal advice and counsel to INTRUST Financial Corporation and INTRUST Bank, N.A. on a variety of legal matters, reviewing and revising vendor contracts, managing litigation, and overseeing document retention. Promotes teamwork and community representation. Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict standards.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Minimum 5 years legal experience
- Experience reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts
- Litigation experience preferred
- Document retention experience preferred
