Job Description
Invicti Security is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to lead post-sales activities for customers through relationship-building, product knowledge, and planning. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience and is a self-starter with a strategic mindset.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Sales
- Experience building relationships with enterprise-level clients
- Familiarity with managing customer renewals and upsells
- Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
