Enterprise Account Director - Insurance/Financial Services

InvoiceCloud is seeking an Enterprise Account Director, Financial Services to drive digital transformation for clients and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will manage complex enterprise sales cycles, collaborate across teams, and maintain high standards of professionalism and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of closing experience in enterprise IT or software sales
• Vertical expertise in P&C Insurance or Consumer Finance preferred
• Payment or billing software sales experience preferred
• Experience with structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Value Selling, or GAP Selling) preferred
• Proven track record of achieving quota and maintaining tenure at prior organizations
• Self-starter with high motivation, curiosity, and dedication to sales excellence
• Strong business acumen and professional presence
• Proficiency with corporate productivity tools and web presentation platforms
• Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation capabilities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
