Senior Credit Controller

We're looking for a credit control manager to manage accurate and efficient cash collection for the entire ION Group. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize a demanding workload.

Requirements

• Manage assigned customer base as part of the credit control team
• Communicate with clients via emails and phone calls to ensure customers adhere to their agreed payment terms
• Escalate high-risk or over-trading customers and recommend appropriate action
• Support the Head of Credit Control in providing a professional credit control service to the business
• Work closely with other teams and senior management to resolve queries in an accurate and timely manner
• Recommending improvements to credit control policies, processes, and procedures
• Automate daily tasks and integrate newly acquired entities to the group processes
• Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management
• Reconcile and post all client receipts
