Requirements

• Establish various communication channels between Iron Mountain and its clients
• Distinguish the needs of key clients and AAA markets
• Attend and resolve client requests related to contracted services
• Prepare and send the sales pipeline report in a timely manner
• Understand and comply with sales budgets by reservations and billing targets, reporting progress to the sales manager
• Stay up-to-date on the industry, competitors, and clients to ensure satisfaction and provide exceptional service
