IronArch Technology is seeking a Director of Employee Experience & Culture to lead and evolve the company's people strategy while helping the organization scale thoughtfully. This role will shape the employee experience across the organization and lead the company's talent acquisition function.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in human resources, employee experience, talent acquisition, or related people leadership roles.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and organizational initiatives.
- Experience supporting a growing services, consulting, or government contracting organization, preferably within a small or mid-sized business.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategy, employee engagement, and HR programs.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on builder mindset.
- Experience with HRIS platforms; Paylocity experience preferred.
- Proven ability to partner with executives and influence business strategy through people initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
