The Strategic Account Manager – FSO & Clearance Client Services will serve as a trusted advisor and primary relationship manager for a portfolio of FSO & Clearance clients, helping ensure exceptional customer experience, long-term retention, operational alignment, and strategic growth opportunities across ISI’s service offerings.
Requirements
- United States Citizenship required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, Business Development, FSO & CLEARANCE / MSP / GovCon relationship management, or related client-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable engaging directly with executives, business owners, and operational stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional operational support.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments with evolving priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and client tracking/documentation processes.
