Assistant General Resort Manager responsible for assisting the GM with the operational and continued profitability of the resort, and providing day-to-day support to guests.
Requirements
- Coordinate team member selection and development
- Ensure guests receive the highest levels of customer service
- Handle and resolve guest complaints, inquiries, and issues
- Monitor, code, and approve all invoices
- Maintain petty cash and activity accounts
- Handle and report emergencies
- Oversee and account for balancing of RV income nightly
- Assist with developing a marketing strategy and maintaining effective advertising
- Assist with the preparation of the annual operating budget
