Our Resort General Manager is responsible for the operations and continued profitability of an Island Resort, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for guests & residents. They are responsible for administrative activities, marketing, leasing & sales of sites, property maintenance, financial management, and resident & guest relations.
Requirements
- Ensure that departments achieve or exceed guest's service expectations
- Meet or exceed budgeted profit and margin for the resort
- Accurately forecast revenue/cost problems and manages the timing of discretionary expenditures to utilize cash flow
