Join our team as a Cook and dazzle our guests with your culinary skills. Requirements include knowledge of local health and safety codes and regulations, following brand and IHM recipes, and preparing and plating all food items on the menu.

Requirements

• Know local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel
• Ensuring the kitchen remains well-stocked at all times
• Receiving food and beverage orders as needed
• Follow provided brand and IHM recipes when cooking food to serve guests
• Preparing and plating all food items on the menu
• Using hot food preparation machines such as ovens, stoves, and microwaves to cook or heat food
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each service
