Dual Food and Beverage Manager

Manage day-to-day Food and Beverage operations in our hotel, ensuring high quality and budget adherence. This role may require flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Assist in developing financial goals to meet or exceed within the department
• Accurately forecast food and beverage revenue/expenses
• Ensure hotel staff is trained in financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables
• Identify major revenue and expense opportunities and possible problems
• Create and distribute team member schedules in a timely manner
• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans for food and beverage outlets
• Manage and maintain the sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment in the hotel
• Ability to utilize POS system
• Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Food and Beverage/Hospitality profession
• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
