Manage day-to-day Food and Beverage operations in our hotel, ensuring high quality and budget adherence. This role may require flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Assist in developing financial goals to meet or exceed within the department
- Accurately forecast food and beverage revenue/expenses
- Ensure hotel staff is trained in financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables
- Identify major revenue and expense opportunities and possible problems
- Create and distribute team member schedules in a timely manner
- Develop and implement marketing and sales plans for food and beverage outlets
- Manage and maintain the sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment in the hotel
- Ability to utilize POS system
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Food and Beverage/Hospitality profession
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
- Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
