Food and Beverage Supervisor

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will assist the Food and Beverage Manager in planning and supervising the Food & Beverage operations, including forecasting revenue and expenses, training staff, and maintaining sanitation.

Requirements

• Assist in accurately forecasting food and beverage revenue/expenses
• Ensure hotel staff is trained in financial control procedures
• Identify major revenue and expense opportunities and possible problems
• Create and distribute team member schedules in a timely manner
• Supervise day to day operations of food and beverage outlets
• Manage and maintain the sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment
• Work well in stressful situations
• Provide excellent guest service
