Job Description
Island Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain hotel systems and equipment. This role requires thoroughness, attention to detail, and a willingness to work independently or as part of a team. Maintenance Technicians will ensure buildings and common areas are well-maintained and contribute to a safe and efficient operational environment.
Requirements
- Recognize and report safety hazards.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile floor maintenance and repairs.
- Complete painting, minor roof repairs, and other exterior projects.
- Complete pool and exercise room equipment repairs (if necessary).
- Regularly check stock levels of consumables.
- Prepares reports during each shift.
