A Pasta Maker is responsible for creating fresh batches of pasta daily, educating guests, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work area. This role involves weighing, packaging, serving, and ensuring FIFO standards are met. It's a hands-on position with customer service aspects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or culinary degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience as a cook preferred
- Basic knife skills
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate commercial mixer and pasta machine for extruding, sheeting and making ravioli
- Ability to work at pace to an hour
