We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to support federal customer engagements by leading process discovery, analysis, optimization, and solution alignment efforts across the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Lead process discovery, analysis, and optimization sessions
• Facilitate workshops to assess current-state processes and identify pain points
• Translate business needs into clear process definitions and user stories
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and technical consultants
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Support the development of process maps and requirements documents
• Communicate effectively with business, technical, and executive stakeholders
