Requirements
- Matric
- Diploma or Degree (advantageous)
- 3-5 years experience in Customer Service
- 2 years experience in a Leadership or Team Manager role in the Contact Centre or Telecommunications sector
- Experience managing a team of 40-100
- Experience in Social Media, Digital, or Marketing (advantageous)
