Job Description
We are looking for a smart, dependable, hardworking, motivated, and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a customer service advisor, you will be handling customer queries from first contact and delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Respond to client and customer enquiries received via email, live chats, social media, phone and voicemail.
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions
- Become an expert on our clients service, features and capabilities
- Display empathy and establish rapport with customers
- Act as a brand ambassador and solve customer problems
- Help develop the customer support offering
- Raise requirements with Client Operations team
- Raise tickets via the Service Desk
- Demonstrate commercial awareness
- React quickly to new challenges
- Update status of open tickets
- Represent the team internally
- Identify areas for improvement and own execution of changes
- Ensure company policies and processes are adhered to
