Requirements
- Respond to client and customer enquiries
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions
- Become an expert on our clients service, features and capabilities
- Display empathy and establish rapport with customers
- Act as a brand ambassador and solve customer problems
- Help develop the customer support offering
- Raise requirements with Client Operations team
- Update status of open tickets regularly
- Represent the team internally
- Identify areas for improvement and own the execution of changes
- Ensure company policies and processes are adhered to
