Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef & Sous Chef at Brel, a beautiful venue in Glasgow's West End. The role involves overseeing daily operations, leading the team, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Requirements
- 1 year working as a CDP in a high quality, busy kitchen
- Delivering exceptional dishes in a time-pressured environment
- Effective communication with the team
