Job Description
ITRS is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a client-facing environment, preferably in a financial institution or vendor, and will be passionate about delivering excellent client experience. The role involves monitoring ITRS components, resolving issues, and providing excellent communication to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a client-facing environment
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Experience in Unix and Windows Operating Systems
- Experience in one or more scripting languages such as Shell, Bash, Perl, XML
- An understanding of Databases e.g. Oracle and an understanding of SQL
