Job Description
IVA'AL Solutions, LLC is seeking a Family Advocacy Intervention Specialist (FAIS) to support the Air Force Family Advocacy Program. The FAIS will conduct assessments, provide preventative services, offer counseling, and support program development, working with families experiencing marital/child/sexual abuse/related issues. VA/US Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) are priority locations for FAIS positions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the independent level with current, unrestricted State license.
- Two years’ full-time post-master’s degree experience.
- Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader.
- Ability to obtain privileges at a Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
- Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
