Director, Customer Marketing responsible for shaping how we engage, enable, and expand relationships with our global enterprise customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
- 5+ years in customer, enterprise, or lifecycle marketing leadership
- Proven track record of building world-class customer advocacy programs and executive-level engagement programs
- Deep understanding of enterprise customer journeys, particularly in SaaS, Procurement, or Supply Chain technology environments
- Strong background in content strategy, storytelling, and event design for senior audiences
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with experience collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Communications teams
- Fluency in English is required; French proficiency is a strong plus
- A balance of creative vision and operational discipline—with a focus on measurable impact, relationship depth, and customer lifetime value
