
Job description
As a Customer Support Technician, you will be an important part of the service we deliver to our customers in our IT Customer Support Center (CSC). You will be responsible for providing good customer service, solving problems, and working flexibly in a team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include logging in to the support system, going through cases, helping customers, planning for the week's work, and customer meetings. You will also troubleshoot incidents, form teams to find solutions, and coach employees in their daily work.
We are looking for someone who is interested in IT, has a technical understanding, and likes problem-solving. You should be comfortable working in teams and independently, be flexible, stress-resistant, and have good communication skills.
