Job Description
The Warehouse Lead prepares and processes all paperwork relating to the shipping of orders for customers. Performs a vital role about safety. Inspects and ensures that our materials meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Metal industry experience
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish desired
- 3-5 years in industrial manufacturing and/or production environment with distribution on the back end
- Competency with a WMS, ERP/SAP system(s) in a manufacturing and distribution environment
- Competency with manufacturing and production work-flow
- Experience with Lean Principles, Six-Sigma, and/or 5s
- College degree desirable; higher certified in Warehouse and/or Operations
- Knowledge of managing machinery, trucks, industrial equipment
- Proven record of people management
