Job Description
The HR Generalist II - Manufacturing/Operations (2nd Shift) provides on-site HR support for second-shift operations and supports all core HR functional areas, serving as the primary HR contact for second-shift employees and supervisors, and partnering with Operations leadership to address workforce issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience in manufacturing or operations environment
- Strong working knowledge of employee relations and employment law fundamentals
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
