Billing Coordinator

We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to provide full-service support to attorneys on all billing questions, liaising with attorneys and staff to ensure changes are made accurately and in a timely manner. The Billing Coordinator will work as a key member of the billing team, providing excellent client service and owning, distributing and processing monthly prebills.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Accounting is preferred
• 2 year minimum law firm experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Windows environment including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to provide professional customer service by phone and e-mail
• Well organized, positive attitude and a team player
• Knowledge of Aderant, Bill Blast, E-Billing a plus
