Job Description
Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Billing Coordinator to provide full-service support to attorneys on all billing questions, own and distribute monthly prebills, and ensure accurate and timely billing practices. The ideal candidate will have excellent client service skills, a positive attitude, and strong organizational abilities.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Accounting is preferred
- 2 year minimum law firm experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Windows environment including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to provide professional customer service by phone and e-mail
- Well organized, positive attitude and a team player
- Knowledge of Aderant, Bill Blast, E-Billing a plus
