Job Description
Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to prepare and file USCIS forms, draft supporting legal letters, and assist attorneys in various immigration matters.
Requirements
- Assist and support attorney in the preparation and filing of various non-immigrant petitions
- Prepare and file all USCIS forms and draft supporting legal letters for all types of visas/applications/petitions
- Liaise with relevant government agencies including USCIS, ICE, CBP, US Department of State, and US Department of Labor
- Analyze, review and organize documents and data from materials produced; and prepare/coordinate document production and responses to requests for evidence
- Enter time records
- Create new files and update client matter reports
