Immigration Paralegal

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to prepare and file USCIS filings and draft supporting legal letters for all types of visa petitions and applications. The role will assist immigration attorneys, communicate with client HR and legal representatives, and liaise with government agencies.

Requirements

• Ability to manage client relationships for high-volume clients and complex projects under short deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with various technology platforms, including Microsoft Office and Immigration Case Management Software
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Initiative, team orientation and professionalism
