Job Description
Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to assist attorneys in preparing and filing USCIS forms and drafting supporting legal letters for all types of visas/applications/petitions. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of business immigration law experience and strong organizational and project management skills.
Requirements
- Assist and support attorney in the preparation and filing of various non-immigrant petitions
- Maintain communication with clients throughout lifecycle of case
- Liaise with relevant government agencies including USCIS, ICE, CBP, US Department of State, and US Department of Labor
- Analyze, review and organize documents and data from materials produced
- Review/prepare job descriptions
- Assist attorneys with gathering evidence, preparing declarations and supporting documents
- Conduct ongoing case tracking and management
