Immigration Paralegal

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to prepare and file USCIS forms and draft supporting legal letters for various visa applications. The role will involve assisting attorneys, maintaining client communication, and analyzing case details.

Requirements

• 2+ years of business immigration law experience
• Bachelor's Degree (plus preferred)
• Paralegal Certificate (plus preferred)
• Ability to accurately and timely input billable and non-billable time into billing system (Intapp)
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with various technology platforms, such as Tracker
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Initiative, team orientation and professionalism
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
