Immigration Paralegal

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to assist attorneys in preparing and filing USCIS forms, drafting supporting legal letters, and maintaining client communication. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of business immigration law experience and strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Ability to manage client relationships for high-volume clients and complex projects under short deadlines
• 2+ years of business immigration law experience
• Ability to accurately and timely input billable and non-billable time into billing system (Intapp)
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with various technology platforms, such as Tracker
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Initiative, team orientation and professionalism
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Flexibility to work overtime as necessary
• Bachelor's Degree a plus but other relevant work experience considered
• Paralegal Certificate a plus
