Litigation Paralegal

Jackson Lewis P.C. is a law firm focused on employment and labor law, seeking a Litigation Paralegal to manage e-discovery, redaction, and document organization, assist attorneys with trial preparation, and demonstrate knowledge of key legal doctrines.

Requirements

• Detail orientated with exceptional analytical skills
• 5 years minimum litigation paralegal experience, preferably in employment law
• Experience working with federal and state court litigation cases from onset to trial phase
• Knowledge of EEOC/CCRD procedures a plus
• Proficiency in Windows environment including Word and Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High reliability, collaborative, professional demeanor
• Results oriented and excellent time management skills
