Job Description
Jackson Lewis P.C. is a law firm seeking a litigation paralegal with experience in employment law to join their team. The paralegal will assist with employment defense work, including case preparation and trial preparation.
Requirements
- 5 years minimum litigation paralegal experience
- Experience working with federal and state court litigation cases from onset to trial phase
- Experience with class-actions, and wage and hour productions a plus
- Knowledge of EEOC/state agency procedures a plus
