HK Partner

We are looking for a regional HR Partner to help Jane Street roll out a globally coordinated effort to streamline our overall HR function, as well as work with managers and stakeholders to align our business objectives with HR initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience preferred
• Strong team player with a high degree of maturity, professionalism and good judgement
• Trustworthy and discreet; able to handle all information with the appropriate sensitivity and care
• Positive and approachable; able to stay composed, prepared and balanced in all interactions
• Understand HR best practices and are well-connected in the industry
• Have strong analytical skills; able to read and understand data to help inform decisions and strategy across the team
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Fluent in English
