Executive Assistant (part-time) - Founder & CEO Support

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly reliable Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder & CEO across multiple ventures, including Chora. The role involves managing daily operations, communication, and execution across DACH and Italy, and requires ownership, speed, and judgment.

Requirements

• Manage agenda, priorities, and scheduling across multiple countries
• Handle email management and inbox prioritisation for the Founder
• Support correspondence related to business activities
• Organise travel, logistics, and cross-border coordination
• Join meetings, take notes, and produce clear summaries with next steps
• Track delegated activities and ensure follow-through across teams
• Support operational gaps where no clear owner exists
• Handle sensitive personal and business matters with full discretion
