Ground Operations Crew

The Ground Operations Crew loads and unloads customer bags, operates ground service equipment, and assists with ramp service duties, including waste disposal and re-servicing of aircraft. They also help prepare aircraft cabin for departure and assist customers when needed.

Requirements

• Operate ground service equipment
• Service aircraft
• Work in a ramp environment
• Tag, lift, load, and unload customer bags
• Help prepare cabin for customer boarding and departure
• Assist customers with special needs
• Guide aircraft to and from aircraft parking locations
• Occasionally carry a handheld radio and communicate effectively
• Ensure and maintain a safe environment and operation
