Ground Operations Crew

The Ground Operations Crew loads and unloads customer bags, operates ground service equipment, coordinates aircraft servicing, and assists customers when needed.

Requirements

• Operate ground service equipment
• Service aircraft
• Load and unload customer bags
• Prepare aircraft cabin for departure
• Assist customers with special needs
• Communicate effectively with radio etiquette
• Maintain a safe environment and operation
• Adhere to safety guidelines
• Perform under pressure and within fixed time constraints
• Travel and/or work variable hours
• Follow safety protocols
• Use handheld radios and headsets to communicate
