The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with the business and HR teams to provide strategic leadership and support, delivering a world-class employee experience to JioStar's talent. The HRBP will play an active role in understanding the business, solving problems, and interpreting various workplace situations within the context of talent practices, policies, processes, and employment law.
Requirements
- Align talent outcomes with business priorities
- Develop and drive creative talent solutions that impact both business and employee experience
- Facilitate collaborative integration with stakeholders and Centers of Excellence (CoE) functional partners
- Manage multiple priorities and execute work in complex and matrixed segments/functions
- Anticipate the business cycle to influence and engage with business leaders
- Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with employees and leaders
- Guide business leaders and employees while leading the implementation of ongoing succession and development plans
