The Business Development Representative (BDR) will drive revenue growth for JK Moving Services by generating new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships.
Requirements
- Research, identify, and engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, networking, and events.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed team revenue goals.
- Accurately maintain prospect and lead information in the CRM system.
- Represent JK Moving Services at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
- Track personal metrics (outreach, conversion, and booked appointments) to align with company goals.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on strategies for target markets and outreach.
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely responses and high-quality service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, customer service, sales) to address client needs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Assist in preparing and delivering client performance reviews and reports.
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary to ensure retention and service quality.
