Casual Workplace Ambassador

JLL is seeking a Casual Workplace Ambassador to proactively manage relationships with clients and service providers, ensuring service delivery expectations are exceeded. The successful candidate will work alongside the Account Team, providing operational support for client facilities, and will be responsible for delivering superior customer service, managing vendors, and supporting financial processes.

Requirements

• Deliver superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations
• Provide vendor management support
• Assist in financial processes
• Support conferences and room bookings
• Oversee site cleanliness and direct cleaning staff
• Organize specialty cleaning as needed
• Provide administrative support to the Contract Administrator
• Assist in carrying out safety procedures
• Support the property risk management program
