Community Ambassador

The Community Ambassador welcomes employees and guests, providing excellent service to strengthen relationships between the client, JLL, and visitors. The role involves creating a comfortable, welcoming, and professional experience for employees and their guests, responding to clients' enquiries, and supporting smooth operations through administrative tasks and premium service delivery.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in facilities, property management, hospitality, customer service, or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suites and learning new systems when needed
• Strong communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills; conflicting priorities, and high-pressure situations effectively
• Proactive, self-motivated professional with strong attention to detail
