The Community Ambassador welcomes employees and guests, providing excellent service to strengthen relationships between the client, JLL, and visitors. They offer genuine hospitality at concierge and create lasting impressions, while supporting smooth operations through administrative tasks and premium service delivery.
Requirements
- Create a comfortable, welcoming, and professional experience for employees and their guests.
- Respond to clients' enquiries for special arrangements or services including but not limited to visitor management, room bookings and event support.
- Handle internal and external calls and correspondence.
- Be an expert on the office and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed staff and client expectations.
- Inventory management/ ordering office consumables.
- Assist with invoicing processes to support financial management in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by Community/ Workplace Manager.
- Support all regional initiatives such as JLL system rollouts, regional training, community engagement, digitalisation of the workplace, sustainability and DE&I
- Work with the wider team, café staff and cleaners to ensure seamless delivery across all moving parts.
- Support the delivery of programs that drive employee engagement, sense of belonging, excitement and community at work that contribute to employee productivity and pride.
- Build and strengthen relationships with staff and clients, exhibiting our premium service.
- Be the main point of contact and face of the brand for all external and internal personnel.
- Foster a sense of community and create a vibe at work for our team, our client and their guests.
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required tasks in a prompt and thorough manner.
- Provide personable and efficient visitor registration services.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in managing visitor access through clients Visitor Management Systems (VMS).
- Enhance safety and security of our client’s facility by management of visitor movement.
- Execute emergency response plan to ensure safety of client and guest when necessary.
- Assist and educate client to achieve optimization and efficiency for meeting room bookings.
- Enhance user comfort and services by efficient turnaround of meeting rooms.
- Setting up and breaking down rooms as necessary for internal and external events
- Perform general office tasks: documents, spreadsheets, publications, signage
- Liaise between office staff and facilities management for service requests
- Assist with new hire onboarding and IT coordination
