Facilities Manager

We're hiring a Facilities Manager to ensure the proper operation of all aspects of a facility, including managing daily operations, leading a team, and implementing energy conservation and operational efficiency initiatives. The role involves a hands-on approach to maintenance tasks and requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with work order management systems. The position does not provide visa sponsorship and requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
• Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
• Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data
• Experience with work order management systems
• Strong Electrical and/or HVAC background preferred
