Job Description
JLL is seeking a dynamic and creative Facilities Manager to manage facilities, vendors, and small projects for a distributed portfolio of locations. The successful candidate will develop client relationships, manage work orders, and ensure compliance with SLAs and audit standards.
Requirements
- Facility Management
- Engage with individual client/site employees
- Successfully manage a high volume of work orders and vendors
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Supervise vendors, contractor performance
- Utilize working technical knowledge of retail construction and light project management
