As a Facilities Manager, you will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management for several sites in the Northern Virginia area, managing the local team and assisting the Account Director with the delivery of quality facility management services.
Requirements
- Strong organizational, leadership and management skills
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Strong Finance and budget skills
- Working knowledge to maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, mostly Outlook, Word, TEAMS and Excel
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Computer proficiency in CMMS (Corrigo, a plus)
