Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

• Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, contract administration, and service delivery oversight
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience developing and managing operational budgets
• Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to facility operations
