Job Description
Facilities Manager - Manage a diverse portfolio of facilities for IBM, oversee delivery of comprehensive facilities services, and serve as primary point of contact for client escalations. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in facilities management
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, contract administration, and service delivery oversight
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience developing and managing operational budgets
- Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to facility operations
