Job Description
The Workplace Engagement and Legal Personnel Coordinator supports the firm's efforts to foster an inclusive, engaged, and collaborative workplace by coordinating events, programs, and initiatives, and assisting with the development and implementation of workplace engagement and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
- Support the firm's affinity groups
- Assist with the development and implementation of programs and events that promote attorney and employee engagement
- Coordinate efforts to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of workplace engagement and inclusion initiatives
- Assist with internal community-building programs for attorneys and staff
- Prepare Workplace Engagement Committee agendas and reports
- Update and maintain the firm's Workplace Engagement intranet and Microsoft Teams pages
- Coordinate the firm's memberships in and sponsorships of third-party organizations
- Support administration of the Lewis M. Rose Scholarship
- Assist with onboarding, program planning, and day-to-day supervision of Human Resources interns
