
Job description
This role is centered on ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of critical applications in a 24×7 operational environment. As a Systems Engineer, you will act as a key technical and client-facing support point, responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving application and infrastructure incidents.
Provide Level 2 support in a 24×7 rotational shift environment, troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application and system incidents, monitor application logs, infrastructure alerts, and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues proactively.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where operational excellence and customer satisfaction are central priorities. You will work closely with development, operations, and client teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless service experience.
